  • Russ Fradin Russ Fradin president and chief executive officer

    Russ Fradin is SunGard’s president and chief executive officer and a member of its board of directors. Before joining SunGard in May 2011, he was chairman and chief executive officer of Aon Hewitt. Mr. Fradin oversaw the successful September 2010 merger between Aon Consulting and Hewitt Associates, having been chief executive officer of Hewitt since 2006. Previously, he served as chief executive officer of the BISYS Group, Inc., and also held various executive positions at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). His most recent position at ADP was president of ADP’s Global Employer Services business. In addition, he worked many years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he was a senior partner. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Fradin serves on the board of directors of Gartner, Inc.

  • Robert Woods Robert Woods chief financial officer

    Robert Woods has been SunGard’s chief financial officer since January 2010. Before joining SunGard, Mr. Woods was chief financial officer of IKON Office Solutions from 2004 to 2009.  Previously, he served as vice president and controller; and vice president and treasurer at IBM Corporation; and vice president, finance for IBM Asia-Pacific.  Mr. Woods began his career at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells and went on to hold various positions in tax, treasury, accounting and finance at DuPont.  Mr. Woods is a certified public accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from Widener University.

  • Finders Harold Finders chief executive officer, Financial Systems

    Harold Finders was appointed chief executive officer, Financial Systems, in late-November 2010 and served as division chief executive officer, Financial Systems, since April 2007. Mr. Finders is responsible for business strategy, profitability and growth.  Since joining SunGard in 1996 with the acquisition of NCS Financial Systems, Mr. Finders has held various senior management positions.  Previously, he held senior positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and led the divestment of its private banking software business, subsequently taking the role of managing director and then selling the business to NCS in 1994.  Mr. Finders, who has many years experience in global, multi-cultural business environments, is fluent in English, French, German and Dutch, and holds an MBA-equivalent from the University of Lausanne.

  • Karen Mullane Karen Mullane vice president and controller

    Karen Mullane has been vice president and controller since 2006, vice president and director of SEC Reporting from 2005 to 2006, director of SEC Reporting from 2004 to 2005 and manager of SEC Reporting from 1999 to 2004. From 1997 to 1999, she was vice president of Finance at NextLink Communications of Pennsylvania and, from 1994 to 1997, she was director of Finance at EMI Communications.

  • Gil Santos Gil Santos chief executive officer, Public Sector

    Gil Santos has been group chief executive officer, SunGard Public Sector, since January 2007.  Previously, Mr. Santos held various senior management positions, including most recently president and chief executive officer, at SunGard HTE, a public sector software business that SunGard acquired in 2003.  Before joining HTE, Mr. Santos held various operational and technology roles in the Land Mobile sector of Motorola Inc., led development of the Nextel/iDEN communication system, and served as director of operations for Motorola's Worldwide Data Solutions Division.  Mr.Santos holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, and an MBA in International Business from the Stuart School at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

  • Victoria Silbey Victoria Silbey senior vice president, legal and general counsel

    Victoria Silbey has been senior vice president, legal and general counsel since 2006 and vice president, legal and general counsel from 2005 to 2006. From 1997 to 2005, Ms. Silbey held various legal positions with SunGard, including vice president, legal and assistant general counsel from 2004 to 2005. From 1991 to 1997, she was a lawyer with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia, PA.   Ms. Silbey holds a JD from Cornell Law School, an M. Phil. in History from Oxford University and a BA in History from Cornell University.

  • Andrew Stern chief executive officer, Availability Services

    Andrew Stern has been chief executive officer, Availability Services, since June 2010. Prior to joining SunGard, Mr. Stern was chairman and chief executive officer of USinternetworking Inc. (USi), an application service provider that was acquired by AT&T in 2006. Subsequently, he led AT&T’s hosting and application services business. Earlier in his career he was a partner with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, an international management and technology consulting firm, and also was executive vice president, strategic planning at insurer USF&G Corporation. Mr. Stern holds a BS in electrical engineering and computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

  • Kathleen Asser Weslock Kathleen Weslock senior vice president, human resources and chief human resources officer

    Kathleen Weslock has been senior vice president, human resources and chief human resources officer since November 2006. From 2005 to 2006, Ms. Weslock was head of human resources at Deloitte Financial Services LLP, and from 2001 to 2005 she was director of global human resources for Shearman & Sterling LLP, an international law firm. Ms. Weslock has over twenty years of human resources experience as both a consultant and a practitioner. Ms. Weslock has a BS in Spanish and Psychology from Hood College, a Master's degree in Labor Relations from Cornell University and a JD from Pace University.
