Front Arena Knowledgebase

Knowledgebase is an on-line, around-the-clock support site for the Front Arena community. Here you can find resources relevant to Front Arena end users, application managers, system managers and developers. The site is made available to customers, authorized partners and SunGard employees and subcontractors. 

Knowledgebase contents include: 

  • News
    News bulletins about market-related events, optional e-mail notifications, bulletins, new bugs, planned/released software and Web feeds (RSS/XML)
  • Support
    Help desk links, online issue logging and monitoring, open issue list via email, FAQs search, online bug database and file sharing (ftp/http)
  • Downloads
    Release status, configuration and availabiltiy for each Front Arena track, release schedules for Front Arena components, download components (ftp/http/https), extra scripts and utilities (unsupported)
  • Documents
    End-user documentation and help files, reference documentation for system managers and developers, and entire documentation set (zip) available to download

Front Arena University

Front Arena University is dedicated to providing publications, web services and training events that support the development of knowledge in three areas:

  • Front Arena proprietary solutions and software components
  • IT tools used by developers and system managers in financial institutions
  • Captial markets education

Courses are held in a variety of locations and may be taken individually or as part of a program leading to certification. These qualifications help organizations to ensure quality in their operations and enable individuals to develop careers in the capital markets. Custom courses can also be tailored to suit your individual learning needs, and some courses are now available via distance learning.
