Early Registration Fee – $995 extended until August 15, 2011
Standard Registration Fee – $1,145 after August 15, 2011

Registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions, course materials, reception on Tuesday and Wednesday, hosted luncheons, continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks.
Multiple Registration Discount
For multiple registrations from the same firm, the first registrant pays full fee, each additional attendee deducts $50. Registrations must be submitted together to receive the discount. No other discounts, coupons, or special offers may be combined with these special prices.
Refund Policy
All requests must be in writing. Full refund of program registration fee less the administration fees, $100 for the APC and $50 for the ERPA Workshop, will be made for cancellations received at least 10 business days prior to the program.
