Hotels may reserve a limited number of accommodations for seminar registrants until four weeks prior to the program. Hotels without a room block are indicated by (*). Registrants needing overnight accommodations must make room reservations directly with the hotel unless specified.

On-site Registration: Registration check-in/Coffee and Danish begin at 8:00 a.m. The session begins at 8:30 a.m. and adjourns at 4:00 p.m. For your comfort, please wear layered clothing, as heating and cooling conditions may vary.

Airport Shuttle/Driving Directions: Call the Conference Center for information on shuttle/taxi schedules and costs, or to request a map and driving directions.

Atlanta
Accommodations: The Sheraton Suites Galleria is unable to hold a block of accommodations. For individual reservations, call the Sheraton Suites Galleria and ask for the SunGard rate of $139.00 (based on availability).

Parking: Although we have been advised that parking is free at both the Cobb Galleria Centre and Sheraton Suites Galleria, you may wish to contact the facilities directly for information about parking.

Dallas
Accommodations: The hotel is unable to hold a block of accommodations. Call the hotel directly to make reservations and ask for the Windsor rate. Be sure to identify yourself as a SunGard seminar attendee.

Parking: Although we have been advised that parking at the Crowne Plaza Suites is free, you may wish to contact the hotel directly for information about parking.

Seattle
Accommodations: The hotel is holding a limited number of accommodations until 7/30/10 at a rate of $169.00. Call the hotel directly to make reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as a SunGard seminar attendee.

Parking: Although we have been advised that parking at the SpringHill Suites is $12.00 for daily parking and $20.00 for overnight parking, you may wish to contact the hotel directly for information about parking.

San Francisco
Accommodations: The hotel is unable to hold a block of accommodations, but call Maricel Gobaleza at 650-246-3196 and ask for social rate. Be sure to identify yourself as a SunGard seminar attendee.

Parking: Although we have been advised that parking at the Embassy Suites is free with a parking pass issued at the seminar, you may wish to contact the hotel directly for information about parking.

Charlotte
Accommodations: The hotel is holding a limited number of accommodations until 7/27/10 at a rate of $99.00. Call the hotel directly to make reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as a SunGard seminar attendee.

Parking: Although we have been advised that parking at the Hilton is free, you may wish to contact the hotel directly for information about parking.

Boston
Accommodations: The hotel is holding a limited number of accommodations until 8/408 at a rate of $159.00. Call the hotel directly to make reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as a SunGard seminar attendee.

Parking: We have been advised that daily parking at the Radisson is $17 for self-parking and $22 for valet parking. Overnight parking is $34 for self-parking and $39 for valet parking. Parking voucher must be validated on the day of the program. You may wish to contact the hotel directly for information about parking.

Denver
