Payment is via MasterCard and Visa only. Conference fees do not include lodging, airfare, transport, or optional activities.
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations to your confirmed conference registration must be made in writing to energysummit@sungard.com. If you must cancel your confirmed conference registration, a full refund will be given through July 9th. A 50% refund will be given between July 10th and August 27th. After August 27th, no refunds will be given.
Substitutions will be permitted at any time, at no additional cost. Please email energysummit@sungard.com with the person's name and contact details that will be attending in the registered attendee's place.
Guest Policy
Family members or guests are welcome to travel with you. Please note that all conference sessions are for registered conference attendees only. Tickets for the Monday evening welcome reception are available to guests for an additional charge of $50. In addition, tickets for the Tuesday evening event at the Museum of Science and Industry are available to guests for an additional charge of $150. These can be purchased as part of the online conference registration.
