chairman, Shanghai City Futures Association Qian Rongjin is the chairman of the Shanghai City Futures Association, the general manager of Shanghai Jinyuanqihuo Co.Ltd and director of the Shanghai Futures Exchange. He was previously the general manager of the Shanghai agent of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co., Ltd.
