The sooner you secure your booth space, the more exposure you gain within the industry. Prior to the event, your firm is included in the exhibitor listing on the conference web site which is linked directly from the SunGard iWorks home page (www.sungard.com/iWorks). Your company's participation is promoted with full company contact information, plus a product/service description and booth locator. The site operates at least three months before the event and remains active for a month after the event-providing extra exposure to your target audience.
SunGard iWorks is planning several onsite events to drive traffic to the exhibit hall, such as receptions, lunches and breaks. These events in the exhibit hall offer excellent opportunities to visit with participants. Additionally, your company's information and booth location are included in the exhibitor directory distributed at the conference.
