Mourant Deploys SunGard to Help Manage US$80 Billion Private Equity Fund Administration Business

Mourant International Finance Administration (Mourant), a leading global fund administration services business, announced today that it has partnered with SunGard (http://www.sungard.com), a leading provider of software and processing solutions, to deploy SunGard’s Investran solution to support its core capabilities for administration of private equity and other alternative asset funds. Investran will provide Mourant with an integrated solution to help manage all its client activities. Mourant will use Investran to process high-volume accounting, reporting and investor relations for private equity funds, on behalf of its clients. The solution will also help to drive Mourant's operational efficiency and service capabilities, helping it to achieve the continued growth plans of its administration business.
