Monis Analyzer: Sales Trading Functionality
Sales trading operations have a key requirement to store, monitor, compare and communicate information on client orders against a series of convertible bonds.
Monis Analyzer enables the building of order books to keep track of multiple potential client orders on any individual bond or group of bonds. All the information relevant to each order can be stored, including the status, underlying instrument, salesperson generating the order, client, reference share price, bond buy (or sell) price and size. For each order, the original bid (or offer) and reference details (for example, for equity or delta) are dollar nuked as the share price evolves, to provide a clear and consistent comparison against the current house price. Grid formatting can be set to return signals that indicate when there is a match between house price and a client's order requirements, helping users to identify trading opportunities.
Tracking orders across numerous instruments becomes simple with a configurable filter which enables users to indentify search orders against a specific bond, trader, client, or since a selected date. The filter helps users to keep a close track of active or completed orders and to generate sales ideas.
