SunGard VPM is pleased to announce the release of VPM v8.0 which features a brand new reporting engine utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). The main focus of VPM v8.0 is to provide increased functionality, centralized access to all VPM reports as well as client custom reports, click-through reporting capabilities and enhanced report styling for easy viewing.

Reports are accessed though a new portal called Report Explorer.
New batch reporting which can be set up with both the legacy and new reports in the same batch
View transaction and general ledger detail behind numbers utilizing click-through reporting
Sort data by column directly through the report viewer
Navigate through reports using document map
View information and reporting detail more easily with enhanced report styling
Ability to add client logo to the top of any report
Generate reports in the SSRS Report Viewer and export to html, pdf, xls, tiff, csv or xml
