Plan Forms, Notices, and Amendments: Streamlined, Effective, Timely
This fall, we are pleased to offer three programs in two days, designed to keep you abreast of the latest developments affecting qualified plans and the procedures and processes to keep your practice running as efficiently as possible.
On the first day, in the morning, we will provide a half-day program to help you prepare for EFAST2. In the afternoon, this Plan Forms, Notices, and Amendments half-day program will prepare you to use forms, notices, and other materials to streamline your practice. The following day, in most cities, will feature our full-day ERISA Workshop, an opportunity to go in-depth on some of the thorny issues that plague retirement plan practitioners.
