The IRS has issued the new 2009 form! As a result, we have rescheduled this Web seminar to 12:00 noon ET on Thursday, June 30, 2011, to allow speakers time to review the new form, so that you get the most up-to-date information.

Description
With all the other changes inherent in EFAST2, practitioners also had to deal with a new Form 5500-EZ. This Form can be used by owner-only plans and must be used by foreign plans.

The program takes a close look at Form 5500-EZ. We’ll examine who can file, who must file, when to file, and how to file. We’ll go through the form line-by-line in depth. If you want a thorough understanding of the EZ form, you want to attend this seminar.

  2. List the filing alternatives for EZ eligible filers

  4. Correctly complete Form 5500-EZ for any given plan
  5. Correctly complete Form 5500-SF for an EZ eligible plan
  6. Determine the deadline to file Form 5500-EZ
