Registration and Cancellation Policy
If you would like to register within 7 days of the course start date, please call for availability. Contact Dr. Mary Myers at +1-713-210-8288 or email EnergyCust.Training@sungard.com.
Registrations are subject to availability. Each registrant will receive an email confirmation. Your registration is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation. The course fee includes training delivery, course materials, and daily continental breakfast. All other travel and accommodation costs associated with attendance are the responsibility of the attendee(s).
All cancellation rules apply per person and are as follows:
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or mail at least seven (7) business days before the start of the first scheduled course date.
- Cancellations received according to the above will be eligible for registration toward future courses.
- Cancellations not received at least seven (7) business days before the start of the first scheduled course date are subject to an administrative fee. The administrative fee will be assessed at 20% of the course fee per person.
- We reserve the right to cancel classes with fewer than seven (7) registrants with no penalty to you.
