Intelligent Questionnaire

The Intelligent Questionnaire module is designed to collect client data in one central location when multiple module analyses are scheduled for that client.  The user selects what modules they want to create a questionnaire for and the system dynamically combines the selected questionnaires into one on screen and in a printed version with known data already entered.
