The Crime module has been designed to support the recording, retrieval, management and reporting of crimes. This module assists police officers to follow force policies and processes to record and manage crimes to a conclusion. This module assists officers in a number of ways to ensure the most is made of data already stored in the system from other modules and in order to provide the confidence that relevant data is not overlooked when investigating crimes.

The module enables information to be captured and recorded for Complainants, Victims, Reporting Persons, Witnesses, MO Details, Property, Offenders, Suspect Nominals and Suspect Vehicles. Details can be recorded on Suspect Nominals and Vehicles either by a description or by a full identification. Full Suspect Nominal definition includes NASCH data such as name, sex, date of birth, ethnicity, PNCID and description data such as height, weight etc.
