This module allows for administration of HORT, commonly known as a 'producer', for Parts I & II (Part I is the notice that is issued to drivers when a police officer has requested to see driving documents and the driver does not have them and Part II is issued by the Station Desk Officers who complete the Form HORT/2 immediately upon production of any document(s) by the person to whom the HORT/1 was issued). As the system knows the Part II has been issued by the Desk Officer regardless of the station the driver uses this means that unnecessary summons are not issued wasting precious police time.

The Vehicle Defects Rectification Scheme is the notice that is issued to drivers of vehicles that have a defect. The issuing of forms can be recorded against drivers and their vehicles and any follow up actions can also be entered and tracked.
