Austin Morris is a managing partner with SunGard Global Services, responsible for energy business globally. He has over 22 years of experience in information technology and management consulting, with a focus on energy and utilities customers. He applies a strong business advisory skill set to help customers with leveraging technology solutions to improve business operations. Mr. Morris has business and technology experience in trading, marketing, risk management, operations, utilities, customer information systems, smart grid, and other areas within the energy industry.
Before joining SunGard Global Services, Mr. Morris was a partner at SBI. He has also worked at BSG, Information Advantage, and IBM.
Mr. Morris is a board member of the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB). He has a BBA in business analysis/management science from Texas A&M University.
