C.J. Wimley is executive vice president of corporate solutions for SunGard’s corporations business. In this role, Mr. Wimley helps to drive SunGard’s mission to deliver solutions that assist companies in reducing friction and increasing the velocity of free cash flow across the ecosystem of buyers, suppliers, banks and other trading partners. His responsibilities include setting and guiding growth strategy, product innovation, customer satisfaction, acquisitions and partner relations.
Mr. Wimley offers over 20 years experience in financial technology and service delivery. Prior to joining SunGard, he designed, developed, implemented and managed the credit, collection, cash application and accounts receivable systems for the industrial financing division of the CIT Group.
Commentary
Cash is king. With the ongoing focus on liquidity, SunGard AvantGard is helping corporations create more transparent and efficient financial supply chains. Corporations realize that they need to connect the dots between a labyrinth of suppliers, buyers, banks and other trading partners.
