Jennifer Hanes is executive vice president of product strategy for the Ambit Corporate Banking solution suite, which includes treasury, leasing and asset finance, trade finance, liquidity management, payments and reconciliation and exception management. Ms. Hanes has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining SunGard in 2004, she held a variety of roles in product development, strategy, operations and marketing. In addition to her current coverage of corporate banking, Ms. Hanes has experience in capital markets and risk management. She holds a BA summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Boston University.
Ms. Hanes is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and product development for SunGard’s Ambit corporate banking solutions. With extensive knowledge of the banking industry, Ms. Hanes focuses on delivering innovative solutions for SunGard’s corporate banking customers, enabling them to increase operational efficiency and deliver better solutions to their customers.
Commentary
Banks are investing in solutions that will allow them to reduce operating costs while increasing operating efficiency. They are also looking for agile solutions that can be delivered quickly to their corporate customers for improved retention. Streamlining back office processes, expanding transaction banking services and focusing on customer profitability are top of mind for corporate banks today.
