Commentary

Financial services firms need to actively find areas to increase efficiency and to reduce internal and external costs. They must also make the right strategic decisions in order to stay ahead of the competition and be successful. This includes managing challenges such as business process management (BPM), project management and strategic planning; on- and offshoring; implementation, support and testing; and tax compliance. As budgets and headcount continue to be under pressure, firms are looking at how they can access relevant experience and knowledge, obtain objective assessments, and implement best practices.
