Stream Instant Control
A Java-based solution that provides real-time calculations using real-time prices, current positions and cash balances, Stream Instant Control helps control trading activities and trigger alerts when thresholds are breached. Once a firm has selected the risk indicators that it wishes to monitor, set up thresholds and limits and applied them to any account groupings, Stream Instant Control automatically consolidates all orders regardless of who executed them. The consolidation includes transactions that have been received (give-in acceptance process) but not yet accepted for clearing.
Stream Instant Control interfaces with Riskvision, a risk management module of Stream Clearvision, SunGard’s middle-office solution for listed derivatives. The combination of the two solutions enables firms to automatically monitor give-in acceptance. It allows firms to aggregate data from the middle and back offices on a single platform for complete and powerful post-trade risk management.
Both regional and global firms have implemented Stream Instant Control across multiple asset classes for use with SunGard or third-party back-office core systems and across multiple exchanges worldwide.
