Our cafeteria plan documents consist of flexible spending account and premium conversion plans. You can prepare a customized plan document(s) via the Internet (ASP), on your desktop (PC) or by having Relius create the document through our Service Bureau. Each plan document may comes with Summary Plan Description (SPD), administrative forms and plan IRS tax forms.
