Stream AMBIR (All Mortgage Backed Income Reporting) provides a transaction-based service that offers compliance with the reporting regulations governing Widely Held Fixed Investment Trusts (WHFITs), Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMICs), and other collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). The service identifies the appropriate securities and collects the required information from the issuers and trustees. Using transaction histories that you provide, we compute the appropriate reportable income for each tax lot. Files are returned either as data that you can integrate into your 1099 reporting process or as complete "additional written statements" that you can deliver to the beneficial owner.
