SunStar is a fully-integrated transfer agent solution with support for dividend and interest payments, dividend reinvestment, direct registration, stock splits, proxy processing, escheatment, reorganizations, regulatory compliance and tax reporting.  SunStar is available under a software license for in-house processing or in an ASP hosted environment from SunGard, with the option to switch should requirements change.
