Mt. Pleasant Police Department and Central Michigan University Select SunGard’s OSSI Public Safety Solution

Two Michigan public safety agencies—the Mt. Pleasant Police Department and Central Michigan University Police Department—have selected SunGard for records management and mobile field reporting. These agencies will utilize SunGard’s OSSI Public Safety Solution, helping to improve efficiency and data sharing among officers and telecommunicators, as well as connecting agencies through a single robust solution. Additionally, Central Michigan University will virtually consolidate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) with Isabella County 911’s existing OSSI CAD. The OSSI CAD helps streamline tasks such as dispatching and tracking calls for law, fire and medical units, while providing consolidated command and control functions.
