Knowledgebase is an on-line round-the-clock support site for the Front Arena community. Here you can find resources relevant to Front Arena end users, application managers, system managers and developers. The site is made available to customers, authorised partners, and SunGard employees and subcontractors.

The resources you will have access to corresponds to your assigned membership level, typically whether your organisation is a prospect, partner, customer etc.

Front University

Training and certification for Front Arena, financial sector IT tools and the capital markets.

Front University is dedicated to providing training events, services and tools that support the development of knowledge in three areas:

  • Front Arena proprietary solutions and software components
  • IT tools used by developers and system managers in financial institutions
  • Understanding the capital markets
Courses are held in a variety of locations and may be taken individually or as part of a program leading to certification. These qualifications enable organisations to ensure quality in their operations and help individuals to develop careers in the capital markets. Custom courses can also be tailored to suit your individual learning requirements.

SunGard Front Arena has a Partner Program for authorised Service Partners. The program exists to help ensure that services provided to customers are of high quality and complement SunGard's offering. Training and certification means that only well qualified personnel work with the product. Our Partner Relations Manager helps to coordinate work so that, for example, service work does not duplicate or conflict with work done by our development or implementation teams.
